The component DataRecorder records boolean and floating point values. The values are shown like a storage oszilloscope it does.
In the current version the DataRecorder uses a separate window for displaying the values. In a future version it will be also possible to place the data view inside the schematic and user view.

The DataRecorder can connect any combination of boolean and floating point connectors.
There are four additional items at the component popup menu:

The the data view has on the left side a panel with one button for each channel and a zoom control. On the right side is the data area.
The buttons on the panel are named like the related connectors. Left on each button is a small colored rectangle. This color is used to draw the line of this channel. A press on a button opens or closes a control window for the channel.
The first item in the control window shows the channel name which is also the related connector name. Changes in this item will change the channel name as well as the connector name. The second item is a offset control and the third item is a gain control. Changes at this items cause an immediately update of the data area. The last item let you change the color of the line.
